Well-Being Services

Mental and physical health and well-being challenges are increasingly common among young people in modern society, and these often begin at a startlingly young age. Unfortunately, having a diagnosis such as Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) hugely increases the likelihood of a child or young person experiencing these challenges, as well as struggling to cope with them.

As of 2020, one in six adolescents aged 11-16 were identified as having a probable mental health condition, with depression and anxiety being the most prevalent conditions. Along with medications and professional therapy, working with an education professional who is in tune with their needs and who is able to support the development of positive self image and help improve their esteem and confidence can encourage young people and begin to challenge the negative thought cycles which are inherent to these conditions.

I offer a unique, bespoke package to support young people with additional needs to recognise their potential and improve their self confidence and social interaction skills.
